** About the role
** As a Service Improvement Technical Specialist, you will drive strategic business improvements, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence across the university. You will support the Associate Director in leading continuous improvement initiatives, providing expert guidance and coaching to senior leaders and staff.

This role offers the opportunity to implement advanced service and process improvement methodologies, ensuring long-lasting impact and value.

Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and Deliver Training:
Design, develop, and deliver tailored training programs in business improvement methodologies to enhance university-wide capability, equipping staff with the knowledge and skills to drive continuous improvement. Foster a Culture of Excellence:
Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing environment by mentoring, coaching, and empowering staff to develop business improvement skills and contribute to university initiatives.
** Who we are looking for
** You will be an experienced service improvement professional with a passion for innovation, capable of leading strategic initiatives and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment to drive excellence within the university.

Possess qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or related fields.

Have extensive experience in service, process, and business improvement.

Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
