Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers.

Some responsibilities include:

* Administering medications and treatments as ordered

* Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions

* Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions

* Providing wound care and changing dressings

* Supporting documentation and care planning

* Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients

* Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team

You'll be more than a nurse.

You'll be a source of safety, dignity, and healing.

What You'll Need

* Active unrestricted LPN license and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).

* Active CPR certification.

* Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.

* A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.
