• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor quality of care and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
• Address resident/family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

• Active RN license (WV or compact).
• Previous DON or nursing leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of long‑term care or skilled nursing standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to start quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
