Job Responsibilities- Performs complex interventional diagnostic procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing injury and disease.
- Prepares and explains exams to patients.
- Performs exams related to the specialty area.
- Maintains radiation safety protocols.
- Assists physicians during exams.
- Maintains equipment records.
- Completes all paperwork post-exam.
- Ensures a safe environment, adhering to infection control standards.
- Participates in ongoing professional development.
- Educates and oversees students and staff as assigned.
- Participates in committees and research activities.
- Graduate of AMA-approved Radiology Technology program.
- West Virginia State license.
- 12 months of coronary intervention experience (for Cardiac Cath department).
