• Education, Certification, and/or Licensure:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience:
  • Five (5) years of housekeeping experience with three (3) years of previous supervisory duties.

• Associates degree.

• Establishes and maintains high expectations for cleanliness and ensures all job assignments are completed in accordance with standards.
• Develops housekeeping staff through hiring, training, performance management, employee relations, and coaching.
• Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning of the building to maintain high expectations for facility cleanliness.
• Investigates and addresses escalated complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Maintains relationships with external vendors and internal departments.

• Must have physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, reaching, bending, and operating floor equipment (vacuum cleaners, autoscrubbers, buffers, etc.).
• Must meet Department of Labor's Heavy Duty Standard.
• Capable of wearing appropriate PPE for an extended period of time.
