Field Superintendent - Per Diem

Overview

Trillium Construction is now seeking a General Foreman or Electrical Field Superintendent for a long term project in Parker, CO.

Pay is $48-50 per hour. Working Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm, 45-55 hours per week. Daily per diem of $150.

• Direct and supervise the work of 3 Foreman and electrical teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues and problems that arise during projects. Provide technical expertise and solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, work performed, and any issues encountered.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.
• Provide training and mentorship to electrical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• State of Colorado Electrical License preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical supervision, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Great leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Computer savvy.
