Arcis Golf is looking for an experienced Merchandise Director to oversee retail merchandise across two club locations:
The Club at Pradera (Parker, CO) and Pinery CC. The role focuses on maximizing sales, profitability, and member satisfaction through effective product selection, merchandising, and inventory management.

The Club at Pradera – Parker, CO

Pinery CC – (location unspecified)

• Develop and execute seasonal buying plans aligned with club goals and member preferences.
• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and member feedback to forecast demand and adjust purchasing strategies.
• Manage open‑to‑buy budgets, ensuring profitability and minimal excess inventory.

• Create and maintain consistent merchandising standards across both clubs.
• Develop floor layouts and visual displays that reflect brand identity and drive sales.
• Partner with club managers to ensure proper product placement, signage, and promotional execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to each club to evaluate performance and presentation.

• Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure product availability.
• Monitor stock performance and coordinate markdowns or transfers as needed.
• Utilize POS and inventory systems to analyze trends and reduce shrinkage.

• Work closely with operations and finance teams to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Provide regular sales reports, performance analyses, and recommendations for improvement.
• Train and support on‑site staff in merchandising and product knowledge.

Pay Range: $56,485.00 – $
