Job Description- Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Associate's of Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's of Nursing
- Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD) – Accredited Issuing Body
- Basic Life Support (BLS)- CPR Cert – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
