• Utilizes time, personnel, equipment, and supplies effectively to provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Manages resources and patient flow by matching nursing competencies with individualized patient and unit needs.
• Uses standards of care, hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to guide practice.
• Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data.
• Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body.
