* + Assesses patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.

+ Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.

+ Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.

+ Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.

+ Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluates the effectiveness of teaching.

* Associate's of Nursing  (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
