As a Branch Manager III in PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Parker, CO at the Crown Point branch.

Job Description
  • Manages and leads priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including growth activities for outside business development and relationship management with new and existing consumers and business clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
  • Through discovery conversations both proactive and reactive, identifies and implements client solutions and collaborates with internal business partners in a timely manner, executing contact management strategy.
  • Leads, coaches and executes a proactive and differentiated client experience, providing solutions and advice‑oriented consultation that improves client financial well‑being.
  • Manages the employee experience, building a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching and development, ensuring talent development and performance management.
  • Manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,250.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
