The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing our digital projects, ensuring they align with our business goals and customer needs. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to define project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure all digital content and initiatives maintain the integrity of the Grissom Contracting brand and align with current marketing strategies.
• Utilize project management tools to maintain organization and streamline communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes and improve team workflows.
• Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to provide progress reports and gather feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction or service industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar tools).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing practices is a plus.
