- Guides technicians and support staff, resolves customer service issues, and supports clinical staff education as needed.
- Participates in the evaluation of new laboratory techniques and procedures. Assists with data collection and special projects as assigned.
- Follows safety policies, including the use of PPE, handwashing, and hazardous chemical handling, and completes required training for handling hazardous waste.
- Maintains current knowledge through written or electronic communication and accepts accountability for staying informed.
- Performs various support activities to facilitate the operation of the assigned department or work area.
