Servicer Balancing Analyst

Overview

Employer Industry: Financial Services

• Reconcile complex reports received from primary servicers within established time frames
• Act as relationship manager for all assigned reports and address servicer inquiries
• Research and resolve servicing errors or discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated servicer issues and provide guidance
• Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures based on industry requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or state accepted equivalency required
• Previous experience in Mortgage and Financial Services is a plus
• Ability to work under close supervision while building strong relationships with team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Experience in a customer-facing role that requires building and managing relationships
• Familiarity with mortgage-specific software and data analytics
