Schedule
- Monday to Friday.
The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. Provide administrative support to HR with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Professionally administer incoming calls ensuring phone calls are redirected accordingly.
- Receive and communicate employee call-offs.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
- Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
- Received, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and collating.
- Maintain and update open project lists.
- Screen Applications.
- Assist with Recruiting and HR administrative duties.
- May assist with supervising service providers per our security requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to.
Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
Experience
- Minimum of (1) one year customer service experience.

- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite at an intermediate level.
