Junior Architect

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Architect where you will utilize your expertise in REVIT and AutoCAD to produce construction drawings for a variety of commercial projects, particularly in the retail and hospitality sectors. You will be actively involved in all phases of projects from initial surveys to construction administration, working closely within a team to achieve project goals.

• Produce construction drawing sets using REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Participate in all phases of project development including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
• Conduct existing condition surveys by traveling to job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients and engineering trades to ensure project progression.
• Respond to RFIs and manage submittals.

• Full proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Experience in commercial architecture with a preference for retail projects.
• Ability to produce comprehensive construction drawings.
• Experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 2-3 years of architectural experience, preferably in a small office setting.
• Motivation to become a licensed architect is a plus.

Permanent position based out of Park Ridge, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Park Ridge,NJ.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 27, 2026.
