The Player Services Manager is a key member of the overall Golf Operation and the leader of the Caddie Program, in all facets. Providing excellent member and guest experiences are a priority with a visible presence in the operation.
This person is someone who understands how to motivate caddies to be onsite during the shoulder seasons. The professional will report to the Head Golf Professional and work alongside all Assistant Golf Professionals and the Outside Operations Manager.

Lastly, the importance of maintaining our caddies’ independent contractor status is paramount. The Player Services Manager must have the ability to navigate and manage the new standards set.
