Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and repositioning.;
Document vital signs and I/O in EMR and communicate observations to RN.;
Perform rounds and ensure call lights are answered promptly.;
Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes and maintain room setup and patient belongings.;
Collect urine, stool, and sputum samples and perform point-of-care testing as needed.
