The Law Clerk Program is designed to support the Legal Department by providing aspiring legal professionals with practical, hands-on experience in healthcare law. The program aims to bridge the gap between academic legal studies and the complex legal challenges faced in the healthcare industry. This position benefits participants by offering a pathway to develop their legal careers in a specialized field.

- Conduct research on healthcare laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Summarize findings and provide actionable insights to support decision making.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
- Help monitor and maintain compliance programs. Review company policies for alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing materials for legal proceedings or internal reviews.
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and support other administrative needs of the General Counsel’s office.
- Participate in corporate initiatives, such as policy updates or training programs.
- Facilitate Corporate Contract Management protocols and system usage.
- Shadow the General Counsel in key meetings or negotiations to gain practical insights.
- Preferred candidates will have prior exposure to health law concepts, either through coursework or work experience but is not required.
