What You’ll Need
  • Graduation from accredited school of Radiology
  • Current RT License in State of Illinois
  • Current ARRT Registry
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
  • Typically requires 1+ years of Interventional (IR) or procedural experience (Cath Lab, OR, IR)

What will you do?
  • Procedural Support:
    Provides competent, proficient, technical support during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, implementing procedural standards and protocols.
  • Patient Centered Care:
    Provides patient care specific to procedural requirements and patient needs (under the supervision of physicians and Cath Lab nursing personnel) within established departmental policies for scope of practice.

    Education:

    Provides support and education to patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  • Safety:
    Maintains a safe, organized and efficient work environment.

    Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all customers.
