Schedule for the Front Office Associate:
Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (x1 a month)
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:
Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience required
Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and professional environment from the moment they arrive
Answer phone calls, respond to voicemails, and schedule/confirm appointments to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain and update patient records and charts with accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare next-day schedules and charts for the clinical team to support smooth daily operations
Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims, verifications, and pre-authorizations
Collect payments, discuss financial options, and assist with insurance benefits to ensure clarity for patients
Manage recall and reactivation systems to maintain patient retention and continued care
Handle daily financial reporting including production, collections, and end-of-day reconciliation
Manage ordering of front office and dental supplies and maintain inventory
Support clinical staff with operatory setup or other tasks as needed
Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
