- 5+ years in quality management within metal fabrication or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
- Experience with inspection, audits, and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Ability to analyze quality data (scrap, rework, NCRs)
- Familiarity with welding, machining, and fabrication processes
- Hands‑on leadership and cross‑functional communication skills
