Oversee Wedding & Fair execution and handle on-site issues.

First response to customer requests and complaints.

Staff management (scheduling, training, and support for new employees).

Propose tailor‑made weddings to customers and work with them to create the wedding that they want.

We are looking for people who can think outside the box and propose weddings to our customers that cannot be realized anywhere else.

• At least 5 years of experience as a wedding planner/salesperson in the wedding division of hotels, wedding venues, or house weddings (experience at luxury hotels and high‑end wedding facilities preferred)
• Ability to handle all aspects from acquiring new clients to managing assigned responsibilities
• Flexibility to create personalized “Personal Style Weddings” that value individuality, adapting to guests' styles without being bound by preconceptions (no package product sales)
• Positive mindset with a challenging spirit to think independently and take initiative
• Business‑level proficiency in English and Japanese
• Flexible and mentally resilient
• Excellent communication and execution skills, values teamwork, and possesses strong leadership abilities
