Store Associate – Front Showroom & Paint Mixing

About the Role

Fusion Paint & Coatings is hiring a Store Associate for our Park City location. This is a hands‑on role in a small team where you’ll help run the front showroom, assist customers, and learn to mix and match paint and coatings. If you like variety, responsibility, and learning technical skills, this is a great fit.

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Process orders in person, by phone, and by email
• Learn to mix and match paint and coatings accurately
• Prepare samples and assist with custom orders
• Support daily store operations (organization, cleanliness, restocking)
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to keep the location running smoothly
• This is a cross‑trained position — front‑of‑house and production work are both part of the job

• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable working with customers
• Willing to learn technical skills (paint mixing, color matching)
• Able to follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Positive attitude in a small‑team environment
• Experience in paint, coatings, construction, or hardware is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person
