Helly Hansen is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our Park City, UT ลอตเตอรี่ team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a customer‑first mindset.
• Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Assist customers with purchases, providing knowledgeable advice on product features and performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point‑of‑sale integrity.
• Participate in product training to stay informed about current assortments and new releases.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.

• Retail experience, preferably in the sporting goods or outdoor apparel industry.
• The ability to work evenings, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasionally powder days (on rare occasions).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• A passion for the outdoors.
• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Is intrinsically motivated, a self‑starter, and driven to succeed.
• Experience with fundamental retail standard operating procedures.
