Overview

Waldorf Astoria Park City is looking for a Bartender to join the Food and Beverage Team. This award‑winning Forbes 4‑Star boutique property features 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, including a 3‑meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in‑room dining.

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes and portion control standards.
• Present and serve beverages to guests; check identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point‑of‑sale system; handle money and perform related payment tasks.
• Stock and maintain the bar (beer, wine, spirits, glassware, condiments, ice, etc.) and ensure product quality of beverage perishables.
• Cut, store, and maintain beverage perishables; respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food while delivering outstanding guest service and supporting financial profitability. Specific tasks include the items listed above and additional duties as assigned to maintain high standards of service.
