A Server Assistant will help our servers create memorable guest experiences in our three-meal and bar outlet, Escala Provisions Company Restaurant & Bar (EPC). This role is about ensuring service is smooth by providing attentive support, maintaining a clear, clean, and properly set dining room, and communicating with the EPC team. The right person will have great attention to detail, work well in teams, and have previous restaurant experience.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling needs with ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous food service experience required (hospitality industry and/or fine dining experience preferred).
• Must have current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency. Food service and/or other certification as required.
