Overview
McDonald’s Franchise is hiring a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations, ensuring a fast, friendly, and high‑quality customer experience.
Responsibilities- Lead daily shift operations and coach crew to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Plan shift schedules, manage inventory, and monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate shift progress to the next Shift Manager and support department goal achievement.
- 18 years or older, positive team player with flexible schedule.
- Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
- Competitive pay $16+ per hour.
- 15‑25 days paid vacation.
