The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Director by executing day-to-day tasks critical to the success of campaigns, content creation, and asset management. This role is essential for ensuring all marketing activities are completed efficiently, on time, and upholding the company’s brand identity, goals, and values.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Keep property listings up-to-date with accurate descriptions, photos, and SEO details.
• Assist in managing and cleaning up email templates, setting triggers, troubleshooting, and updating content.
• Provide content for external partners and assist with website updates and reviews.
• Coordinate photo scheduling, build listing details, and write descriptions for new properties.
• Design and manage signage, PDF one-sheets, staging inventory, and direct mailings.
• Produce major print ads, brochures, branded materials, and guest/owner communications.
• Monitor social media platforms, reply to comments and reviews, and maintain audience engagement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor updates, sharing insights with the team.
• Assist with website content updates (Word Press/HTML) and troubleshooting technical issues with software and other platforms.

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing support role in the Vacation Rental or Hospitality industries.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Word Press, HTML, and property management software is a plus.
