Marketing Manager

Pay Determined on Experience - $60k - $80k

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can wear both the strategist’s hat and the creator’s hat. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys diving into data and trends while also rolling up their sleeves to create videos, capture photography, and produce content that drives engagement.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth.
  • Analyze trends, data, and KPIs to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Plan, create, and manage content across digital and print channels.
  • Shoot and edit video/photography for marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with business needs.
  • Maintain brand consistency and deliver a polished, engaging message to our audience.

  • Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and analytics.
  • Hands‑on creative skills in content creation, videography, and photography.
  • Proficiency with creative and analytics tools (Adobe Suite, Final Cut/Premiere, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic planning with creative execution.

Requirements
  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required).
    • 3‑5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in campaign planning and execution.
    • Demonstrated experience in content creation, photography, and videography (portfolio strongly preferred).
    • Experience with digital marketing platforms (SEO, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising).
    • Background in B2B or B2C marketing preferred.
    • Familiarity with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hub Spot, etc.) a plus.
    • Knowledge and Experience running Google Ads/Meta Ads is a MUST.
  • Core Competencies
    • Strategic Thinking – Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Creativity – Skilled in storytelling, branding, and producing compelling visual and written content.
    • Technical Skills – Proficiency in marketing software, analytics platforms, and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut/Premiere, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Communication – Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
    • Project Management – Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Collaboration – Works effectively across teams and with external vendors/partners.
    • Adaptability – Comfortable switching between high‑level strategy and detailed execution.
    • Not required but would be in your favor, Spanish language fluency.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. of marketing/video/photo equipment.
    • Ability to stand, kneel, and move around while conducting photography and videography sessions.
    • Occasional travel for events, shoots, and campaigns.
