Overview

Prime Landscaping and Snow Removal LLC is currently testing the waters and exploring candidates for a Superintendent position to oversee our lawn maintenance and general maintenance operations in the Park City area. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, read site plans, and coordinate crews to ensure high-quality work and efficient execution.

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing lawn maintenance and maintenance jobs, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed according to plan, schedule, and quality standards.

• Oversee lawn maintenance and general maintenance projects
• Supervise field crews and daily operations
• Read and interpret site plans
• Ensure work is completed according to scope, quality, and timeline
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
• Communicate with management and report job progress
• Ensure safety and operational standards are followed

• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
• Experience overseeing landscaping or maintenance operations
• Ability to read and understand site plans
• Valid American Driver’s License
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Park City, UT
