** Woodward Park City
** is seeking a Lift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of all lift systems, including one fixed grip quad lift and three conveyor belts. This role leads a team of lift mechanics and technicians, managing maintenance schedules, coordinating lift projects, and ensuring all tasks are completed correctly and on time. The Supervisor plays a key role in guiding and mentoring team members, fostering growth and technical development while maintaining compliance with safety standards and operational readiness throughout the season.  

This is also a hands-on mechanical role.
** This is a year-round opportunity with:*** **$30 per hour.**

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Supervise daily maintenance and inspections of lift equipment.
* Lead, develop, and train lift maintenance staff.
* Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure timely resolution.
* Ensure compliance with ANSI B77 and resort safety protocols.
* Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for repairs and upgrades.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.

* Qualifications:

*** Prior experience in lift maintenance or a related mechanical field.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Familiarity with ski area operations and safety standards.
* Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
