About the RoleGo West Development builds large, highly detailed custom homes for discerning homeowners. As projects have grown, we’ve evolved our structure to better support both clients and field teams. We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple high‑end residential projects, serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, and bring structure, communication, and leadership to complex builds.

- Manage multiple high‑end residential projects from planning through completion
- Serve as the primary homeowner point of contact
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, selections, and change management
- Partner closely with Site Managers to keep projects aligned
- Maintain consistent use of Buildertrend and internal systems
- Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they escalated
- Communicate clearly with ownership, homeowners, and trade partners
- 5 or more years of experience in residential construction project management
- Strong client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience with complex or high‑end projects preferred
- Builder Trend experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized with strong follow‑through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Full‑time, W‑2 Employment
- Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 (top of range for standout candidates)
