Pay Range

PAY RANGE $20.36-$27.16 PER HOUR (D.O.E.)

Arena Operator is responsible for providing high-quality ice and maintaining a clean and safe facility for patrons and staff. This position uses independent judgment within the parameters of Park City and Ice Arena policies to prioritize and complete tasks and projects and ensure high-quality customer service consistent with the changing priorities of daily programming and the inherently changing safety and cleaning needs of an Ice Arena.

• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and orderly facility. Identifies, prioritizes and completes cleaning tasks as needed to ensure a clean facility and outstanding guest experience. Examples of cleaning tasks include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and trash removal.
• Prepares the ice surface for the start of each program.
• Performs ice maintenance to maintain a high-quality and safe ice surface.
• Sharpens skates and provides other skate services for patrons and the facility’s skate rental inventory to ensure safe and enjoyable experience.
• Performs maintenance tasks and project work.
• Supports front desk during public sessions, handing out skates etc.
• Completes refrigeration system and ice resurfacer logs.
• Other ice arena duties as assigned.

• Utah driver’s license

• Customer service experience
• Supervisory experience.
