Our growth has been aggressive, and we are now looking to install a high-velocity, AI-native marketing engine to match the pace of our product and platform innovation.
This is not a brand-only role.
This is not an agency management role.
This is a hands‑on builder position.
The RoleWe are hiring a Director of Marketing who is deeply fluent in AI tools, workflow automation, performance marketing, and rapid experimentation.
This role will work directly with the CEO in the office in Park City daily to compress marketing cycles from weeks to days.
You will architect and operate a marketing system where:
- AI handles the majority of production
- Experiments run weekly (not quarterly)
- Execution speed is a competitive advantage
This is a high‑performance operator role designed for someone who wants to build a marketing machine, not manage a large team.
Core Responsibilities Build the AI‑Powered Marketing InfrastructureYou will design and deploy a scalable marketing operating system leveraging:
- AI image and video generation tools
- Custom dashboards and reporting flows
You should be comfortable building workflows yourself.
If you rely on developers for automation implementation, this role is not a fit.
Examples of what you will build:
- Automated ad creative generation pipelines
- Trigger‑based email and nurture sequences
- AI‑driven persona simulations
- Automated reporting and attribution dashboards
- Real‑time experiment tracking systems
You will directly own:
- Funnel conversion rates
You will:
- Launch high‑velocity testing cycles
- Reduce spend inefficiencies
- Increase marketing output without increasing headcount
We operate with a bias toward speed.
You will:
- Launch 10–20 creative variations per week
- Test messaging angles aggressively
- Iterate landing pages continuously
- Build feedback loops into performance dashboards
The expectation is that:
Idea in the morning → live test same day → data next morning.
While performance is critical, positioning matters.
You will help shape:
- Founder‑led thought leadership
You must be able to simplify complex AI and fintech infrastructure into compelling, clear, dominant messaging.
Required Skills & Experience- 7+ years in performance marketing or growth leadership
- Demonstrated success in reducing CAC while scaling revenue
- Deep hands‑on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n required)
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience chaining LLMs and leveraging AI tools in production workflows
- Experience managing paid acquisition across major platforms
- Experience building dashboards tied to revenue metrics
- SaaS, fintech, or technology platform background preferred
You must be comfortable with:
- Building workflows in n8n
- Routing data between platforms
- Creating automation triggers
- Using AI to generate content at scale
- Managing performance metrics in real time
We are not looking for someone who is “learning AI.”
We are looking for someone who is AI‑native.
