This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability. The Spa Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest experience, while upholding brand standards and supporting the spa team. A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in wellness and hospitality are essential for success in this role.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
• High level of organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, billing, and handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in spa booking and POS systems (e.g. Book4
  
  Time, Opera,Hotsos), Microsoft Office, and email communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by spa operations.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times, in line with brand standards.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support therapists, reception, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, treatments, and brand standards.

Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment is recommended
