Overview

Hotel Park City, member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage
.

This position will oversee the complete Food & Beverage operation at Hotel Park City; to include Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Bandanna's Restaurant, Hotel Banquet Operations, and In-Room Dining.

General Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all Food and Beverage operations, including menu development, food production, and service delivery.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and customer service.
  • Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve service quality and dining experiences.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Skills
  • Prior experience at a management level in Food & Beverage, within a hotel setting is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Opera, Aloha, and Marriott Systems also preferred.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing & able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Must have or able to obtain a current T.I.P.S. certificate and Food Handlers permit.
