Stein Eriksen Lodge: an authentic European lodge located mid‑mountain at the acclaimed Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Named after Norwegian Olympic Gold Medal skier Stein Eriksen, the lodge is known as a premier year‑round destination.

Provides beverages for a full‑service bar and for restaurant guests. Maintains proper pars (liquor and wine) and is able to produce beverages and serve in a quality‑focused environment. Job requires food service responsibilities as well.

• Knowledge of mixed drinks and wines
• Knowledge of imported and domestic beers
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Follows all beverage service and state guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time and lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Experience in a full‑service, high‑volume bar
• Must be 21 years old and “tips” certified
• Enjoy working with the public
• Food Handler Permit
