Summary:

To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the property. Assist with luggage and driving responsibilities that guests/owners request. Must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license.

Essential Functions:

• Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Effectively and seriously respond and deal with the guests needs and requests
• Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding area’s attractions and points of interests
• Assist guests at check-in and checkout. Tag, store, and distribute baggage
• Orient guests to the Lodge and facilities
• Show rooms and property to visitors
• Must be able to lift, push & pull up to 50 pounds
