SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Reservations & Revenue Supervisor. This hybrid role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our reservation system while supporting the Director of Revenue Management to optimize revenue through strategic analysis and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, analytical prowess, and a customer‑centric approach.
Responsibilities- Maintain the daily requirements of the reservation department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of bookings.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Work with unit owners to process owner reservations per the RMA advance reservations requirements.
- Work closely with the group sales team and group meeting planners to build and maintain group blocks.
- Monitor reservation systems and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Utilize analytic skills and knowledge of hotel operations to support the Revenue Strategy Team.
- Support the Director of Revenue Management in implementing and monitoring revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance and market conditions.
- Understand and support the Director of Revenue Management in utilizing revenue management software to forecast demand and adjust pricing accordingly.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align promotional activities with revenue goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
