The Grand Hyatt is comprised of 436 luxury accommodations, including 359 guest rooms, 55 residences, and 22 suites, with around 30,000 square feet of versatile indoor meeting space, a lobby‑level three‑meal restaurant and bar, a signature bar, a pool/aprés‑ski bar and grill, a coffee bistro, a large outdoor event terrace, a pool with three whirlpools, a kids club, and a fitness area.

Qualifications- Must hold a valid Massage Therapist license and be certified as required by state regulations.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in esthetics or a related field.
- Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
- Current certification and registration in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a client‑centered approach.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred.
- Proven customer service experience in a spa or wellness environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead by example and inspire a team.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Passion for wellness, customer service, and team development.
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must have schedule flexibility to work days, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
