Key Responsibilities:

Hair and Makeup Services

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Perform professional makeup applications for various occasions such as weddings, events, and photo shoots.
• Stay up to date with current trends in hair and makeup to offer modern, innovative services.

Client Consultations

• Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles and products.
• Customize services based on individual needs, skin tones, hair types, and event requirements.
• Manage a busy appointment schedule while maintaining high-quality service and punctuality.
• Transition efficiently between hair and makeup services, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Sanitation & Workspace Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with salon safety protocols.
• Sanitize tools and equipment after each use and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the salon.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new techniques and products.
• Collaborate with fellow salon professionals and spa staff to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable guest experience.
• Deliver high-quality, professional services that exceed client expectations.
• Follow up on guest feedback and assist in resolving any concerns or complaints professionally.
