This role oversees the full financial function for a multi‑state, multi‑unit franchise portfolio generating $13M in annual revenue and employing over 180 team members. You’ll be responsible for both high‑level financial strategy and the day‑to‑day operations that support this expanding organization.

• Reporting to the CEO, serve as the lead finance partner across all entities while managing the relationship with a third‑party accounting firm.
• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Oversee cash flow, payments, and day‑to‑day accounting.
• Manage GAAP compliance and corporate tax planning.
• Support M&A, investment modeling, and portfolio decisions.
• Partner closely with operations to improve margin performance.
• Liaise with outsourced finance team handling AP, payroll, and reporting.
• Implement systems and processes for scale.
• This is a hands‑on role for someone who can balance high‑level insight with tactical execution.

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong background in multi‑unit franchise or hospitality environments.
• Deep knowledge of corporate tax compliance and planning.
• Excel modeling expertise and familiarity with financial systems.
• Experience working with (or within) outsourced accounting teams.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
