We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Park City, UT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new technology, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly support while using the Seamless Home platform.

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with basic software navigation, troubleshooting, and account questions

• Clearly explain features and best practices to help customers use the platform effectively

• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system

• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience

• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software

• Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work on-site in Park City, UT
