We focus on high-end luxury residential real estate. We are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our team in the Park City area. This role is critical in ensuring accurate budgeting, efficient planning, and seamless coordination from concept through construction start.

We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead cost estimation, planning, and project strategy for luxury residential homes.

This role involves:

• Overseeing all aspects of preconstruction: estimations, budgets, feasibility studies, and risk analysis
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align designs with cost and timing constraints
• Developing accurate takeoffs, cost models, and bid packages tailored to mountain-resort construction
• Driving value-engineering and constructability reviews for energy-efficient, high-end home builds
• Coordinating permitting, scheduling, and early procurement strategies
• Coaching and mentoring a small preconstruction team while ensuring seamless information flow to project delivery

Background in high-end residential or resort-style construction, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficient with estimating software (e.g., Builder Trend, Procore, RSMeans), and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a unique building environment.
