Go West Development is a high‑end custom home builder just outside Park City, Utah. For over 20 years, we've built some of the most complex, beautiful, and challenging custom homes in the region. Our projects have grown significantly in size and scope, and mistakes are expensive, so we value experience, organization, and problem‑solving over ego or micromanagement.

We're hiring a Site Manager to be on‑site daily, owning the execution of high‑end residential projects. This role focuses on day‑to‑day field operations, coordination with subcontractors, problem‑solving, and maintaining quality, safety, and schedule. This position works closely with a Project Manager, allowing each role to stay focused as our projects become larger and more complex.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily on‑site construction activities for custom residential projects
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers
- Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and quality standards Solve problems proactively and keep projects moving forward
- Communicate clearly with the Project Manager and internal team
- Use Buildertrend and Jobsite systems consistently for documentation and updates
- Represent Go West Development professionally on‑site at all times
- 3 or more years of experience in residential construction (custom homes a plus, but not required)
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Comfortable communicating in person, on the phone, and via computer
- Organized, dependable, and trustworthy
- Tech‑comfortable (Buildertrend experience is a strong plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Willing and able to commute to Park City job sites
- Full‑time, W‑2 Employment
- Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 (based on experience)
- 90‑day training and evaluation period with opportunity for rapid adjustment
- Annual performance‑based bonus
