The Project Manager is responsible for managing the daily construction process of the home from permit approval through job completion and delivery to the owner. The role involves generating and updating project schedules, coordinating trade partners, materials, equipment, ensuring that selections and specifications are strictly followed, and that work meets quality standards and stays within budget. The Project Manager also calls for and prepares municipal inspections, oversees quality control, ensures job site safety and stormwater management, and handles warranty support through the first year of home delivery.

The PM directly communicates with the owner, providing schedule and photo updates as the project progresses.

• Oversee and schedule all trade partners and on‑site personnel.
• Ensure daily productivity of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain an active punch list.
• Perform quality control checks at each construction phase.
• Maintain daily logs and photo documentation.
• Manage task completions in Builder Trend for A/P processing.
• Document and resolve safety, environmental, and compliance issues.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Run multiple high‑end residential projects concurrently.
• Support budgeting, bidding, and subcontractor awards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain SDS files.

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or 5+ years in luxury residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and blueprint reading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  Builder Trend experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and professionalism.
