- Manage sensitive business operations, logistics, and confidential information
- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and executive communications
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, budgets, and project trackers
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive and business initiatives
- Coordinate and execute special projects and key business initiatives
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, protecting the CEO’s time and priorities
- Coordinate household vendors, services, and maintenance
- Manage personal errands, returns, purchases, and scheduling
- Handle travel planning, reservations, and detailed itineraries
- Oversee personal and family logistics to ensure smooth daily operations
This role requires someone who embraces ownership fully capable of preparing executive-level presentations in the morning and managing logistical or operational tasks in the afternoon.
Technical & Systems ExpertiseMicrosoft Office (Advanced / Power User Level Required)
- Excel: Create spreadsheets and models from scratch, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and tracking tools
- PowerPoint: Develop polished, executive-level presentations from minimal direction
- Outlook: Expert calendar, inbox, and task management
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to improve efficiency, research, and communication
- Highly tech-savvy, capable of troubleshooting basic IT issues across devices, networks, and systems
Highly Organized & Process-Driven
- You excel at building systems, workflows, and processes that improve efficiency and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Trustworthy & Discreet
- You operate with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in all matters.
Proactive & Resourceful
- You anticipate needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and take initiative without waiting for direction.
- 5+ years of experience in a highly organized, fast-paced support role (Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff)
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools
- Must live within 40 minutes of Park City, Utah
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
- Flexibility to support urgent needs outside standard business hours when necessary
