Surveillance Officer - 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 12:00am)

Cross Winds Casino is hiring a Surveillance Officer for the second shift (4:00pm to 12:00am). The role involves maintaining close, continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and the property to protect lives, assets, and the property’s integrity.

• Monitor all areas of the property at all times, identifying potential security and safety risks and reporting them.
• Protect company assets and gaming integrity through thorough monitoring, especially on the gaming floor.
• Utilize surveillance equipment to identify, record, document and report illegal, suspicious or unusual activities.
• Coordinate with the Security Department for incidents requiring further investigation.
• Facilitate information flow by attending scheduled departmental meetings.
• Ensure accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
• Make suggestions and recommendations regarding policy changes to protect company assets.
• Maintain knowledge of Gaming Commission rules, regulations, and local jurisdiction gaming laws.
• Support employees, supervisors, and executives in asset protection; attend departmental meetings as required.
