Summary Description
:
This position is responsible for preparing, delivering and fitting pre-ordered equipment to the guest as if they were in the store. This position must operate a vehicle safely, properly fit equipment and provide an exceptional personal experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-select proper equipment based on sizing information and special requests on the order form
• Adjust ski / snowboard bindings to proper specifications
• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver equipment to our guests at their local residence or lodging
• Live the passion - remain current on new industry products and trends
• Be able to share knowledge of products and local attractions with guests
• Maintain company records according to policies and standards
• Update rental orders and collect payment as needed according to company policies
• Be on time for your scheduled work-shift with proper, clean uniform and appearance
• Adhere to Christy Sports mission and core values
• Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Be friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with a variety of people
• Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task and problem-solve
• Love to ski or snowboard and have some knowledge of how it all works
• Basic computer skills
• English fluency, written and verbal
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be able to safely operate a delivery cargo van in various weather conditions
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a Motor Vehicle Record (or list of traffic offenses) that meets company safety standards.
• Be able to stand and kneel for extended periods of time
• Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds
